Recipe from Doris Bolle: Hearty bread casserole - it's that easy
Cut the bread and the cooked ham into small cubes.
Wash and chop the parsley and thyme.
Then grease the baking dish with oil.
Mix the eggs, sour cream, cream and herbs together and then season everything with salt, pepper and paprika.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the bread cubes for four to five minutes.
Pour the egg and cream mixture over the bread cubes and then add the ham, peas and corn.
Mix everything together well.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle with cheese.
Finally, the whole thing is baked at 200 degrees Celsius top/bottom heat for about 30 minutes.
Bon appetit!
