The hyperactive six-year-old boy who had been suspended for 21 days has returned to school, a provision canceled by the TAR with a decree that the Institute, however, had not respected.
In fact, the little boy, suspended from 28 February to 21 March, after the TAR's decision, had shown up at school, a comprehensive institute in Ladispoli, on 1 March but had not been allowed in.
Then the parents' appeal to Minister Valditara who will send inspectors today.
Before entering school, the child said to his father: "Why didn't they let me in the other day?".
