Marie Portolano releases a shocking book on gender-based violence: “It’s up to the system to question itself”

She receives us this Thursday in her office, on the sixth floor of the France Télévisions building in Paris (15th century).

Clearing out some not yet cleaned coffee cups lying between two piles of books, symbols of this week of “Télématin” which is coming to an end.

This time, Marie Portolano is not there to talk about the France 2 morning show. The 38-year-old journalist published “Je suis la femme du plateau” (Ed. Stock) on March 13, a book in which she discusses the violence sexist and sexual attacks that she suffered during her career.

A strong story, three years after his documentary “I’m not a slut, I’m a journalist”.
