It covers an area of 90 square meters + a 12 square meter balcony, 2nd floor out of 6, with an elevator and parking.
Mediated by Re/Max Ocean, the apartment was sold at a price of NIS 3,570,000.
For almost the same price, a 5-room garden apartment was sold, covering 130 square meters + 90 square meters of garden, in an 8-story building with parking and an elevator.
The apartment was sold through Re/Max TIME for NIS 3,580,000.
