One of Chiara Ferragnisi's lawyers appeared today at the Prosecutor's Office in Milan to deposit some documents, in particular the documents requested by the Gdf, which has already made numerous acquisitions of documents, as part of the investigation for aggravated fraud against the influencer and with at the center a series of commercial operations, including the one on the now well-known Pandoro 'Pink Christmas', carried out with alleged misleading advertising on charity.
In practice, as a form of collaboration with the investigators, the defense provided documents that the Prosecutor's Office deemed useful for the investigations, coordinated by the deputy Eugenio Fusco and the prosecutor Cristian Barilli.
In the meantime, from what has been learned, Ferragni's lawyers are also evaluating the contents of the report published today by L'Espresso on the entrepreneur's companies to understand whether appropriate legal action should be taken.
Already yesterday the lawyers had "warned the publisher" of the weekly "from the publication" of the "issue which portrays his client on the cover with the likeness of Joker, reserving any further action also following the outcome of the checks on the content of the article".
