Popular, Socialists, Left, Liberals and Greens will support the agreement on the directive on the energy efficiency of buildings, known as green homes, in the vote to be held on Tuesday 12 March at the plenary of the European Parliament in Strasbourg.
This was indicated by the rapporteur of the text for the European Chamber, the Irishman Ciaran Cuffe of the Greens, speaking to journalists, declaring himself "confident" about the outcome of the vote.
MEPs are called upon to confirm the political agreement reached on 7 December with the member countries.
