That golden yellow cheese crust…mhmmm!
After a long day, you want a dish that is uncomplicated, quick and, above all, delicious, right?
Our casserole, with gnocchi, spinach and chicken, comes in handy.
All ingredients are mixed together in a bowl before being placed in a heatproof dish, sprinkled with cheese and baked in the oven.
You can vary the ingredients as you wish, because the sauce made from whipped cream, crème fraîche, cheese and spices is virtually universal and can be used for almost all casseroles.
Enjoy your meal.
That's how it's done:
You only need a few ingredients:
70g onions
1 clove of garlic
150 g baby leaf spinach
300 g shredded chicken
700 g gnocchi (refrigerated)
200 g grated cheese
200 g crème fraîche
200g whipped cream
2 tsp curry powder
1 tsp salt
0.5 tsp pepper
The preparation is simple and uncomplicated:
Preheat the oven to 200 °C top/bottom heat.
Peel, halve and dice onions.
Peel the garlic clove and chop finely.
Clean, wash and spin dry the baby spinach leaves.
Mix everything well in a large bowl together with the chicken, gnocchi, 150 g grated cheese, crème fraîche, whipped cream, curry powder, salt and pepper.
Place in a greased baking dish.
Sprinkle with remaining grated cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes until the casserole has a nice golden crust.
A mixed salad goes well with it.
