500 g pasta of your choice (e.g. farfalle, penne or fusilli)
450 ml pureed tomatoes
150 g dried tomatoes
200 g rocket
100 g cherry tomatoes
60 g pine nuts
A bit of salt
1 tsp pepper
Some Italian herbs
Some Parmesan cheese (grated)
Some olive oil

Step-by-step preparation of pasta salad without mayo
Cook the pasta as usual, drain it and rinse the pasta with cold water.
Wash the tomatoes and arugula.
Toast the pine nuts in a pan.
Put the pureed tomatoes, a little olive oil, the spices and the dried tomatoes in a bowl.
If necessary, chop the dried tomatoes a little.
Mix everything well in the bowl.
Mix the noodles into the mixed ingredients.
Add the sliced cherry tomatoes and arugula to the salad.
Finally, add the Parmesan and toasted pine nuts over the salad.
