"We handed over everything. Everything clarified and documented. Totally and to the last cent."
This is what is stated by the lawyer Fabio Viglione, defender, together with the lawyer Leo Mercurio, of the president of the FIGC, Gabriele Gravina, in reference to the investigation by the Rome Prosecutor's Office.
In the proceedings, the number one in Via Allegri is accused of self-laundering.
"Continuing to talk about bank transfers received without explaining - adds Viglione - that they referred to an option for consideration for the purchase of a prestigious collection of books, subsequently not exercised, and without providing evidence of the bank transfer with which the sum was consequently returned, means distorting the truth which has never been documented in all its steps as never before in this case. Here we are not in the field of interpretations but of the simple observation of objective and, as such, documented facts".
