Sam Altman, the CEO of OpenAi, was readmitted to the board of directors with "full confidence" following an internal investigation according to which he is suitable to lead the startup at the center of the artificial intelligence revolution.
OpenAI's board of directors added three new members (Sue Desmond-Hellmann, former CEO of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, former Sony Entertainment executive Nicole Seligman and Fidji Simo, CEO and president of Instacart) and announced that it will strengthen its governance, including Addition of a hotline for 'moles' and a conflict of interest policy.
