Is Kate Middleton really okay?

This is the question that many royal fans are still asking themselves this Sunday, March 10, in addition to the publication of a photo intended to be reassuring.

On the occasion of Mother's Day, celebrated on this day in the United Kingdom, the Princess of Wales shared for the first time since her hospitalization a photo surrounded by her three children.

Internet users, who had been waiting for news from her for almost two months, reacted very quickly.

“Divine Kate”;

“You look healthy”;

"Take care of yourself" ;

“Good recovery”, are all the comments that have been popping up for several hours under the publication.

“His head is too big”

However, doubt persists among some skeptical people.

On closer inspection, it is true that certain details could be puzzling.

A user named Jacqueline plays detective and points out some visual inconsistencies.

“Catherine's right hand around Louis is blurry, but the left hand around Charlotte, at the same distance from the camera, is not,” explains the subscriber first.

And continues: “And Louis' middle finger must be awfully long to be completely wrapped around the next finger without being able to see the nail... it's also blurry.

I am a passionate photographer, and these are not real elements of a photo as it was taken.

“Thanks for enlightening some idiots,” read the response to his comment.

The user is nevertheless not the only one to have noticed the blurred hand of little Prince Louis.

Others also question the proportions of his body and head.

“I feel like his head is too big and his legs are way too thin,” notes one.

“The size of his head does not correspond to the size of his body,” another almost apologizes.

So optical effect or Photoshop editing?

Some decide, and choose the second option: “It shows, it’s a photoshopped image.”

Doubt about the date

Unsurprisingly, doubt also persists as to the official date of the image.

Chris Ship, presenter and renowned royal correspondent, assured on X that the photo had been captured “by Prince William in Windsor earlier this week”.

But many Internet users don't believe it.

“So who was this person?

If the photos were both taken at the beginning of the week, how could the shape of his face have changed so much?" points out a user on X, under the journalist's publication, sharing a zoom of the appearance of Kate Middleton on March 5, captured without her knowledge in a car.

Speculations which are added to many others since Kate Middleton disappeared from the landscape.

The latter underwent abdominal surgery on January 16 and has since been convalescing in her home at Adelaide Cottage.

At the end of February, Kensington Palace became somewhat annoyed by the concern of the British.

“We were very clear from the start that the Princess of Wales would be away until after Easter and that Kensington Palace would only provide news in the event of an important event,” said one of the door -speech of the Palace.

On March 6, royal biographer Robert Jobson explained that although the prince's wife was not “100% recovered,” she was doing well.
