Francesco Bagnaia won the Qatar Grand Prix, the first round of the 2024 world championship. On the Losail track, the MotoGP world champion with his official Ducati achieved his 19th career top class victory, ahead of Brad Binder (Ktm ) and Jorge Martin (Ducati Pramac), winner of the Sprint Race yesterday.
Fourth place went to Marc Marquez with the Ducati Gresini and fifth to Bagnaia's teammate, Enea Bastianini.
For Bagnaia it is the 19th victory in the top class.
Marc Marquez's chase stopped at the foot of the podium, followed by Enea Bastianini and Alex Marquez.
Settimo Fabio Di Giannantonio.
All riders riding Ducati.
Aleix Espargaro came eighth with the first of the Aprilias.
Rookie Pedro Acosta (Ktm) and Maverick Vinales (Aprilia) close the list of the top 10. In the rider standings Bagnaia has 25 points, Binder 20 and Martin 16.
