Shattit Company reports this morning (Sunday) that it sold the first penthouse in the company's new project in Haifa's Naut Peres neighborhood for a record price of NIS 4.7 million.
The penthouse, with an area of 175 square meters, with a balcony of about 45 square meters on the 21st floor, faces the sea.
It includes 2 parking spaces, a warehouse and a rich technical specification.
The company is supposed to receive an earthworks permit as early as this month, and occupancy is about 36 months from receiving the permit.
About a month ago, the deal to sell the land in Neot Peres, from the troubled "Hanan Mor" company, to the "Shitit" company, owned by the developer Shalom Sheetrit, was approved.
Shetit purchased the land on which approximately 840 units will be built at a price of NIS 175 million, the scope of the project is approximately NIS 1,250,000,000.

In the 44 dunam complex on which 24 buildings will be built that will include green areas, shared gardens and walking paths.
The mix of apartments includes 4,5,6 room apartments, huge garden apartments and magnificent penthouses overlooking the sea.
The complex will be the largest built in the "Naot Peres" neighborhood in West Haifa, and the company intends to start its construction this month.
So far, the local committee has given permission for the construction of two of the lots, where 419 apartments will be built, about 250 of them as part of a tenant price.
According to Shalom Shtrit, owner of the Shatit company: "As part of the company's vision, Shatit deals with Zionism and building the country mainly in the periphery and in the north. We intend to start building as soon as possible for young couples who have been waiting years for housing in the Haifa area, and to continue the development momentum in the north.
