Human rights activist: How much will Putin invest in the treatment of Gaza refugees?/Reuters
The Prime Minister of Russia, Mikhail Mishustin, signed a decree in recent days according to which the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations will receive 17.7 billion rubles (194 million dollars, about NIS 700 million) for the maintenance of Gaza Strip evacuees from the state's reserve fund.
According to the order, this money will compensate for the funds spent by the entities since the beginning of the war for housing evacuees from the Gaza Strip who arrived in the country.
The document was published on the legal information portal.
According to the decision, the allocated funds will cover six months of residence for the evacuees, at the rate of 913 rubles ($10) per day for lodging in an institution on a permanent basis for one refugee, as well as 415 rubles ($4.50) per day for three meals.

The emergency funds were received by the regions of Dagestan, Ingushetia, Karachay-Cherkessia, Kaluga, Liptsk, Moscow, Tver and Chelyabinsk.
For example, in Chechnya, the construction of five apartment buildings for evacuees from Gaza began last October in the city of Grozny in the Vyzaitovsky district, with 35 apartments.
The planned housing area will be approximately 4,200 square meters, close to a school and a kindergarten.
According to Alex Tanzer, a social activist in the field of Russian immigration in Israel, "Since the beginning of the war, approximately 1,130 refugees from Gaza have arrived in Russia, almost all of them have arrived in areas with a Muslim population.
Family members who did not have Russian citizenship, most of them children, received a passport and Russian citizenship.
Also in other areas, the Russian media reports that refugees from Gaza received a warm home and good treatment.
For example, studying the Russian language and arranging work and studies at a local university."
