And the news of her passing was spread with a post on social media: "With great sorrow we announce the death of Silvia Bisconti, visionary founder of Raptus&Rose. We share this moment with you, her beloved community and infinite source of inspiration. Like her he would have liked, our commitment will now be to carry forward his extraordinary mission", reads the message, signed "The family and the Raptus Team".


    Graduated from the Marangoni Institute in Milan, then theatrical costume designer in large Italian productions (among the latest shows, Cyrano de Bergerac for the 100th anniversary of the Eliseo theater in Rome), Silvia Bisconti was Romeo Gigli's right-hand woman for a decade.

Since 1999, for thirteen years, she has been the creative director of Maliparmi, in Padua, then becoming, between 2012 and 2014, personal designer for a sheik of the United Arab Emirates.


    In 2013 he founded Raptus&Rose, a company which has its headquarters in the Atelier on the river, in Belluno, where an ancient printing shop along the Piave has become the beating heart of his fashion based on the idea of ​​tailor-made clothes and unique pieces mainly sewn handmade with the highest sartorial quality.

Her gift has always been to create beauty, or rather to find it even where we think it isn't there, and sew it onto people.

An experience that she also condensed into a book, Diary of an eccentric traveller, published in 2019 by La Nave di Teseo, before inaugurating the new Milanese residence in via Farini.


    Asymmetrical, refined, Raptus&Rose garments are created with fabrics, especially vintage, that come from all over the world.


    Among the great classics, the Perfecto Dress, cut on the bias, sewn by hand, which does not wrinkle and slides fluidly over the body, following its movements and shapes, the perfect travel companion.


    Since 2016 Silvia Bisconti has also shared the Defilé della Rinascita with Elena Pasquin, psychotherapist of the San Bassiano ODV Oncological Association of Bassano del Grappa, a project-fashion that reconnects women who have gone through or are going through oncological disease with beauty of your own body.
