With us, the meat skewers are directly coated with peanut marinade and, served with rice, are the perfect Asian main course.

This is how you can bring the taste of Southeast Asia into your kitchen without much effort.

That's how it's done:

You need these ingredients:

  • For the peanut marinade:

  • 100g peanut butter

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce

  • 3 tbsp coconut milk

  • 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped

  • 1 tbsp ginger, finely chopped

  • 0.5 tsp pepper

  • Aside from that:

  • 400g chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces

  • Shish kebab skewers

  • To garnish:

  • Coriander, picked

  • Peanuts, coarsely chopped

Preparation is so easy:

  • For the peanut marinade:

    In a small bowl, mix the peanut butter with soy sauce, coconut milk, garlic, ginger and pepper.

  • Pour the peanut marinade over the chicken breast in a bowl and stir well.

    Skewer the marinated chicken breast pieces onto shish kebab sticks.

  • Fry the skewers in a pan, turning occasionally, until crispy and lightly browned on all sides.

  • Serve with rice and garnish with coriander and peanuts to taste.
