A 12-year-old boy is hospitalized in Rome with a fractured nasal septum, a broken tooth and a head injury, reported following the beatings he received from a 16-year-old boy.
The incident occurred in Anagni, in the Osteria della Fontana area.
This was revealed by the mayor Daniele Natalia who on his Facebook page speaks of "brutal aggression" and "bullying".
The child is awaiting surgery to reduce multiple fractures. "As mayor, but above all as a father, I strongly condemn episodes like this and behaviors that should have no place in our city."
For this reason, Daniele Natalia announces that a complaint will be filed with the Carabinieri and that on Monday the Social Services will be involved "since I believe that the blame for similar attitudes, which do not appear to be isolated, cannot be attributed exclusively to those concerned: I believe that the families will have to answer for what happened and assume their parental responsibilities so that situations like this never happen again."
