The lucky winner of a lottery held by the Bell Investment Group for a free apartment in its project in Cyprus, is a 21-year-old young man, married, from the village of Tapu.

The young man was informed about the win in a live phone call on social media in front of an audience of tens of thousands of viewers.

The lottery operation held as part of a Bell Group marketing campaign was accompanied by the GBK law firm.

The investment in the apartment lottery campaign is NIS 1.5 million, as revealed by real estate entrepreneur Shani Bell, at a real estate conference for investors held on Friday, International Women's Day.

The budget included advertising on social networks, radio, WhatsApp, a digital campaign and network stations.

As mentioned, during the conference a lottery was held among the 70,000 participants in the activity.

The participants competed to win a studio apartment worth NIS 700,000 in Bell Village, the group's flagship project in Larnaca, Cyprus - a luxurious complex that includes about 300 housing units, a pool, a gym, a spa, a restaurant and a residents' club.

"The goal of the campaign was to make the world of real estate investments accessible to the general public in Israel, and to express the company's vision to serve as a beacon for economic growth for middle-class families," claims Bell.

The conference held on the occasion of Women's Day last Friday was moderated by Aden Harel and Oded Menashe and the audience included real estate investors, entrepreneurs, businessmen and dignitaries in the real estate and banking industry.

Among the dignitaries came the manager of Discount Bank Adi Zino.

The conference included a panel of '4 different mothers' from different worlds who came to talk about family economics.

Mia Dagan - theater and film actress, entertainer and singer, Nathalie Dadon - network anchor, model and TV host, Giti Wiener - one of the most influential anchors in the ultra-Orthodox sector and Naama Kesari, owner of aesthetic treatment clinics and the legendary winner of the TV show 'Survival'.

Shani Bell: "We are going through a turbulent period and it has many complex manifestations, including economic ones," says Bell "We all understand how our private pockets are affected and will be affected as a result of the consequences of the war, and there is already an advanced discourse about a recession. The Israeli citizen must be aware of the possibilities he has to create financial solutions and increase personal capital, we already know that there is no one to trust except ourselves. If through the apartment lottery I can be a significant factor in spreading this important message among the Israeli public - I have won."
