With this recipe you bake a delicious French yogurt cake with just a few ingredients and no scales.

  • 3 eggs

  • 2 cups sugar

  • 1 (150 g) cup of yogurt

  • 1 cup neutral cooking oil

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 3 cups wheat flour

  • 1 packet of baking powder

  • Powdered sugar, optional

The preparation is not only easy, but also quick:

  • Preheat oven to 175 °C fan oven.

    Grease a Bundt cake tin and sprinkle with flour.

  • Beat eggs together with sugar until foamy.

  • Add yogurt, oil and salt and stir.

  • Mix the flour and baking powder with a whisk (this saves sifting), add and stir everything into a smooth dough.

  • Pour the dough into the prepared Bundt cake pan and bake in the preheated oven for about 40-50 minutes (do a stick test).

  • Take the cake out of the oven, turn it out of the tin and let it cool.

  • Dust with powdered sugar if desired and serve.
