They had a magical evening.
Winners on the night of Sunday to Monday of the Oscar for best original screenplay for “Anatomy of a Fall” at the end of a grueling eight-month campaign in the United States, director Justine Triet and her co-writer and companion Arthur Harari, accompanied by their team and guests, continued obligations and honors after the end of the ceremony.
It was first necessary, as is the ritual, for them to have their statuettes engraved with their names, before joining, at the Dolby Theater in Hollywood where the event took place, the traditional Governor's Ball, where the we can have a quick dinner between film crews.
It is at this moment that we are warned to wait for them, to collect their live testimony, at the entrance to the party given by the American distributor of the film, Neon, on Sunset Boulevard.
We wait in front of this Hollywood Athletic Club which adjoins a rap nightclub.
The atmosphere is electric outside, between a very fashionable parade of young girls entering or leaving the nightclub, traffic jams of cars going to the dozens of
parties
given in the surrounding area on the occasion of the Oscars, the scent of cannabis which mingle with those of the skewers cooked on the sidewalk in front of the clubs, police sirens and the sound of the TV channel helicopters trying to capture images of the stars entering the parties from the sky.
