A particularly tasty and simple variant is salmon pasta from the oven.

Here you only need a baking dish and the dish practically cooks itself.

In contrast to the recipe for a creamy pasta with salmon cream sauce, you don't have to stop at the stove and stir.

Brilliant, right?

A creamy one-pot pasta from the oven with salmon goes like this:

For the creamy salmon pasta with tomatoes and spinach you need these ingredients:

  • 400 ml cream

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp instant vegetable broth

  • 1 tsp Italian herb mixture

  • 2 tbsp tomato paste

  • 200 g frozen leaf spinach

  • 200 g cherry tomatoes

  • 125g mini mozzarella

  • 500 g salmon fillets, frozen

  • 4 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 250 g pasta, cooked (equivalent to around 100 to 120 grams of raw material)

Preparation is easy thanks to these step-by-step instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 180 °C fan oven.

  • Put the cream, salt, pepper, instant vegetable broth and tomato paste in a baking dish and stir.

  • Add frozen spinach, cherry tomatoes and mini mozzarella and mix with the sauce.

  • Place frozen salmon fillets on top of the remaining ingredients.

Brush evenly with olive oil and season with salt.

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 to 40 minutes, depending on the thickness of the salmon fillets, until the salmon is cooked through.

  • Halfway through the salmon's cooking time, cook the pasta al dente according to the package instructions.

Drain the finished pasta and fold it into the oven salmon pasta.

    Serve immediately.
