AC Milan CEO Giorgio Furlani is under investigation by the Milan Public Prosecutor's Office for obstructing the FIGC's supervisory activities.

In the investigation, which concerns the sale of the Rossoneri club from the Elliott fund to Jerry Cardinale's Redbird.

The GDF also carried out searches at the headquarters of the Rossoneri club relating to the office of the CEO and other people with top roles.
