Four parliamentarians of the Democratic Party have asked to become civil parties in the trial against the undersecretary of Justice Andrea Delmastro which opened today in Rome and sees him accused of revealing official secrecy in relation to the affair of the anarchist Alfredo Cospito.


    The request, which had been rejected by the preliminary hearing judge, was refiled by Silvio Lai, Debora Serracchiani, Walter Verini and Andrea Orlando.

The Court has reserved the right to decide at the next hearing scheduled for April 2.


    Also on record is the list of texts: the Dem representatives ask to hear the Minister of Justice Nordio and the FdI deputy, Giovanni Donzelli, in the trial.

In the list of texts filed by the defendant's defenders, among others, the name of the head of the Dap, Giovanni Russo, appears.
