A Russian bombing hit an apartment building in Volodymyr Zelensky's home town of Kryvyi Rih in southern Ukraine, killing two people, according to initial information provided by the head of the regional council Mykola Lukashuk.
At least 30 injured people are hospitalized, "including a child", writes the governor of the Dnipropetrovsk region, Serhii Lysak.
The head of the Ukrainian presidential office Andry Yermak posted on Telegram a photo of the burning building and the comment: "The Russians hit an apartment building. Rare monsters."
Rescue operations are underway.
