Sleep has become a problem, being able to sleep well and waking up rested is for many - cases of insomnia according to the latest findings from the Italian Sleep Medicine Association attest that approximately 13.4 million Italians suffer from it - a daily undertaking.
This is attested by the proliferation of online guided help courses with exercises to be done even while lying in bed, series streaming on platforms, one publication after another, advice in the gym and from nutritionists, home automation, everything converges there... But how to recover good sleep?
