In his father's footsteps.
While promoting Kanye West and Ty Dolla Sign's joint album, 10-year-old North West announced that she was preparing to release her first album.
The little girl took the stage at the Footprint Center in Phoenix on Sunday (March 10) to announce the release of “Elementary School Dropout,” a reference to her father’s debut album “The College Dropout,” released in 2004. “Hey, c he's Northie and I'm working on an album.
And it’s called “Elementary School Dropout,” she said confidently alongside the man who calls himself Ye.

If no other details on this record, already eagerly awaited by the rapper's fans, have been given, there is no doubt that the latter gave him a little help in making it.
A reference to a quarrel between his parents
This is not the first time that the young girl appears alongside her father on stage.
On February 25, she was with him at the Accor Arena in Paris for the atypical “Listening Experience” (Editor's note, listening concert) of the album “Vultures 1”.
An album whose fourth song welcomes a special guest in the person of North West, explaining the presence of the little girl during this promotional tour through Bercy.
In addition to the reference to her father's album released 20 years ago, the title of the album which can be translated as "dropping out of elementary school" also seems to refer to a current feud between Kim Kardashian and her ex-husband about the school their four children attend.
Last February, Kanye West asked him to remove them from their “fake school for celebrities”.
According to him, North, Saint, Chicago and Psalm risk being “used by the system” in this establishment.
