The 19-year-old raped on 7 July at the Foro Italico in Palermo reported having been raped by a family member, GP, 50 years old.
The man is on trial before the Gup Stefania Brambille.
"I don't follow her in this process, but I don't understand that my client has received a notification of the hearing nor that they have appointed other lawyers. We are taking steps to understand what happened", commented the girl's lawyer, Carla Garofalo, who is assisting the victim in the trial of six of her seven rapists.
One, the only minor in July, has already been sentenced to 8 years and 8 months.
The episode for which the young woman reported the family member apparently occurred in June 2022. The accused, who denies any accusation, forced the 19-year-old to undergo sexual acts with the aggravating circumstance of the use of cocaine and alcohol.
In recent months, the girl had also reported other episodes of abuse suffered by two strangers.
