This time we will prepare rice in a slightly different way - we will put it in a pan with colorful vegetables such as onions, zucchini and red pepper, we will add lots of love and spices, we will cover it with vegetable stock and we will put feta cheese on top (yes yes).

all this is sent after respect to baking in the oven.
The result, as you can see, is a rich template that can be used as an add-on or as the main one on its own.
Ingredients:
1 cup basmati rice
100 grams of crumbled feta cheese
1 chopped medium onion
1 zucchini cut into cubes
2 crushed garlic cloves
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
A handful of walnuts
1 cup diced shrimp
100 grams of crumbled feta cheese
1/2 teaspoon thyme
Black pepper to taste
3 cups of vegetable broth
Instructions:
1.
Place the rice in a pan and put slices of feta on top.
2.
Arrange the rest of the ingredients around - chopped onion, zucchini, garlic, gamba, nuts and spices.
3.
Pour over the vegetable stock, cover and put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
4.
Before serving, crush the feta, mix and serve.
