The London judiciary accepted the extradition to Italy of the Englishman Michael Whitbread, 74, who has been under arrest in England since last November 1st because he was accused of killing his partner, his compatriot Michele Faiers, 66, found lifeless in the bedroom with nine stab wounds to the back and chest in Casoli, in the farmhouse in the Verratti district where the couple lived.
The event happened between October 29th and 31st.
The woman's body was found on November 1st, while the man had arrived in England after fleeing by car.
An immediate trial was immediately scheduled for November.
