A fight between Rainier and Tenerife passengers, February 25, 2024/photo: X network
The Irish low cost company Rainier canceled the flights to Israel until the end of October, and in fact extended the freeze of flights until the month of June which it announced last month.
Remember, the airline opposes paying higher port taxes in the terminal, which are $26 per passenger compared to $11 in Terminal 1, which was closed due to the war in Gaza.
Tens of thousands of disappointed Israelis are expected to receive notices about the cancellation of their flights in the coming hours and days.
You won't arrive until November.
