Judge Scott McAfee dismissed six counts in the Georgia case against Donald Trump and other co-defendants for their attempts to subvert the vote in that state.
According to the judge, the allegations that the tycoon and his allies tried to convince officials to violate their oaths are not sufficiently detailed.

With today's mini Super Tuesday, the incumbent president and tycoon have secured the delegates that allow them to run for the White House.
Both are 'presumptive nominees', candidates in pectore, awaiting official consecration at the summer conventions of their parties.
Trump won with over 80% in Georgia, where however his former rival Nikki Haley, despite having withdrawn from the race, collected 15.4%, with over 60 thousand votes.
An alarm signal, according to some analysts, because among the Republicans there remains an anti-Trump hard core, which in swing states like Georgia could be decisive: in the Peach State Joe Biden won in 2020 by less than 12 thousand votes.
Also in Georgia, Biden won the Democratic primaries in Georgia and thus reached the mathematical quorum for the nomination for the White House, equal to 1,968 delegates.
The two candidates also won the primaries in Mississippi.
Results from the Washington State, Northern Mariana Islands, and Democratic Living Abroad caucuses are still awaited.
