Ultimatum to Chinese ownership: 'Either sell or the app will be banned' (ANSA)
The American House has approved by a large majority the law that paves the way for the ban on the use of TikTok in the United States.
The measure, in fact, gives six months to the Chinese company ByteDance to sell the platform which, otherwise, will be banned.
There are approximately 170 million Americans who use TikTok, including President Joe Biden.
Now the law passes to the Senate, where it is not certain that it will be approved.
