The Milan Bankruptcy Court today declared the state of insolvency of three other companies of the Acciaierie d'Italia group, namely AdI Tubiforma, AdI Energia and AdI Servizi Marittimi, as requested by the extraordinary commissioners of AdI spa.
For next week, however, a hearing is also scheduled for AdI Socova, the French company of the group, for which there were notification problems.
The Minister of Business and Made in Italy, Adolfo Urso, had already signed the decree extending the extraordinary administration procedure of Acciaierie d'Italia.
On 29 February, the bankruptcy court, chaired by Laura DeSimone, declared Acciaieried'Italia spa to be insolvent.
A step that effectively made it possible to start the extraordinary administration.
With today's declaration of insolvency also for the other three companies, and then for the fourth which will arrive next week, the extraordinary administration of the group can thus effectively begin.
