There is a simple, successful recipe behind the broccoli pasta casserole that is responsible for its great popularity in the kitchen.
Only delicious ingredients are used, which then finally merge into the perfect dish in the oven without long preparation or much effort.
The two main ingredients, broccoli and pasta, can make themselves comfortable in a creamy sauce.
The casserole is then generously gratinated with cheese and this alone is probably the most convincing argument that encourages you to cook again.

The broccoli pasta casserole, like the version with potatoes, broccoli and cheese, is one of the vegetarian classics among casseroles and can serve as a delicious family meal that fills everyone up.
There will definitely be enough motivation to prepare it easily after work and before you know it, the uncomplicated oven hit with perfectly cooked broccoli will be on the table.
Then there is only an enjoyable silence, which is interrupted by an occasional “Hmm, that tastes good”.
Anyone who makes everyone happy, like the broccoli noodle casserole, can rightly call themselves a family classic.

The following ingredients are needed for the broccoli noodle casserole:
400 g pasta, of your choice
500g broccoli
100 ml milk
200 g sour cream
2 eggs
200 g grated cheese
Salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
Nutmeg, grated, to taste
30 g Parmesan, grated
Parsley for garnish, to taste
The preparation of broccoli noodle casserole explained step by step:
Preheat the oven to 180 °C top/bottom heat
.
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the package instructions.
Drain and set aside.
Wash the broccoli, remove the florets and cook in boiling salted water for two minutes.
Rinse with cold water.
For the sauce, mix milk, sour cream, eggs and 150 g grated cheese and season with salt, pepper and grated nutmeg.
Place the pasta and broccoli in a greased baking dish and pour the sauce evenly over them.
Sprinkle with remaining grated cheese and Parmesan and bake in a hot oven until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
Serve garnished with parsley if desired.
