Kkr takes stock of the Netco operation and confirms that the objective everyone is aiming for is to close by the summer.
"In line with what was announced by Tim, OpticsBidco (the vehicle used for the operation, ed.) confirms that the preparatory activities, including the separation and organization of NetCo, are proceeding successfully in collaboration with Tim's management team" declares a spokesperson of the KKR fund.
"The conditions precedent have been satisfied or are in full swing and the financing, both for the 'equity' and debt parts, relating to the transaction is finalized. All parties continue to work towards the closing by the summer of 2024" he concludes.
