Ukraine should recognize its military defeat and move to "complete and unconditional surrender", Ukraine should be demilitarized and there should be a ban on the creation of paramilitary formations on its territories in the future.
These are the conditions for peace put forward on Telegram by the vice-president of the Russian Security Council Dmitri Medvedev.
"Everyone understands perfectly, including the arrogant Western liars - claims the former president - that peace can be achieved either by the mutual will of the parties on the basis of a reasonable compromise or by the surrender of one of the parties in conflict".
