Shirts, blouses, etc. can be made wrinkle-free even without an iron.
To achieve this, there are several clever tricks.
Do you have an important appointment coming up, such as a job interview, for which you would like to get your clothes in really good shape?
Of course, wrinkles on the shirt or dress are a no-go.
But sometimes in such situations you don't have an iron at hand.
However, that doesn't have to mean an outfit meltdown.
Even without an iron, there are plenty of ways to get your clothes wrinkle-free:
1. Wrinkle-free without an iron: iron with a straightener
The well-known device for straightening hair can also help with clothes, explains

.
Because the heat can also straighten textiles as well as hair.
The straightener, which you should keep out of the reach of children, is ideal for areas that are a little difficult to iron, such as shirt collars.
Obvious, but still worth mentioning: You have to be careful that the straightener doesn't get too hot, otherwise you risk getting burn holes in your clothes.

2. Ice cubes in the dryer ensure wrinkle-free clothes
If your clothes come out of the washing machine with wrinkles, the dryer may be able to help you.
To do this, you need to put your laundry in the dryer with four or five ice cubes and let it run on a medium setting for around 15 minutes.
The mixture of cold and heat ensures sufficient steam to smooth the laundry.
It is important to take the clothes straight out of the machine and hang them up.
3. You shower, your laundry becomes wrinkle-free
It almost sounds too simple, but it actually works: you can hang up your wrinkled piece of clothing near your shower before showering.
The correct position is crucial, explains
Utopia.de
: The clothes should receive enough of the warm water vapor so that the wrinkles are removed.
However, you should make sure that your shirt, blouse, etc. do not get wet.
If there are still small wrinkles, you can shape them by hand.

4. Convert the cooking pot into an iron
Similar to the shower, double benefits can be gained from the action in this case.
One by one: heat water in a pot or kettle.
Once the liquid is heated, hang the item of clothing over it.
The most crumpled area should hang around 30 centimeters above the water, advises

.
You can of course use the boiling water to make pasta or tea.
5. Make your own anti-wrinkle spray
If you aren't convinced by the steam options, you can also help yourself against wrinkled clothes in another way: with a self-made spray.
You may already have the ingredients at home.
To do this, you need to mix 100 milliliters of boiled water together with a teaspoon of vinegar and a teaspoon of baking soda, which also helps against clogged drains.
Then pour the mixture into a spray bottle.
Then spray the clothing evenly until it is damp.
“The spray dissolves limescale, which collects in the fibers, especially when the water is hard.
This is how the creases disappear,” explains
