  • 400 g minced beef

  • 100g onions, diced

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • 1 tsp pepper

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 100g rice

  • 200 ml red salsa

  • 700 ml vegetable broth

  • 100 g cheddar cheese, grated

  • 5 g coriander, picked

  • Garnish:

  • 100 g guacamole, Mexican

  • 100 g crème fraîche

  • 50 ml red salsa

  • 6 g coriander, picked

Preparation is so easy:

  • For the taco rice pan: Heat cooking oil in a pan and fry the ground beef until crumbly, about 5 minutes.

    Add onions, garlic, pepper and salt and mix everything well.

  • Once the onions are translucent, add the rice, red salsa and vegetable broth.

    Stir and simmer for about 25 minutes until the rice is cooked.

    Finally mix in the cheddar and coriander.

  • Serve the rice pan in bowls and garnish with guacamole, crème fraîche, red salsa and coriander.
