Ukrainian President VolodymyrZelensky has condemned the "despicable" Russian attack in Odessa which left at least 17 dead and dozens injured.
"Right now in Odessa, rescue and assistance operations are still ongoing after the Russian missile attack, a very cruel attack by this scum: two missiles, and the second when rescuers and doctors arrived at the crash site" , Zelensky said in his usual evening speech on Telegram.
"Among the dead and injured are paramedics and rescuers from the State Emergency Service," he added.
The Ukrainian leader also explained that "the search for people under the rubble" continues.
