A photo of parked police cars is stirring up anger on Reddit.
Several comments follow.
But what is actually the safety of cyclists?

Another, on the other hand, encourages the online community at #r/Wrongparker to take action: “Simple solution: write down the time/date/license number of the illegally parked patrol cars, go in and tell them that the patrol cars are blocking the protective lane and leaving again.
If the patrol cars repark: good.
If not: report the relevant traffic regulations violation and, ideally, report it to the higher authority (with the relevant license plate number and time code).”
Because “if an accident were to happen there, the cops would finally be there after an hour,” another user smugly expresses his displeasure about the parked bicycle lane.

But it's not just parked police cars that are heating up the mood of some Reddit users.

Scarce parking space always causes annoyance everywhere.
But as soon as paths are blocked by pedestrians and cyclists, their safety is always affected at the same time.
Parking illegally endangers cyclists: safety risk when overtaking
So how can greater safety be achieved for the growing number of cyclists and other road users?
In any case, overtaking bicycles with a side clearance of less than 1.50 meters is prohibited - as an example from Bad Wildungen shows.
