The decisive argument in casseroles and gratins is of course the golden yellow cheese crust.
Because without them, neither the potato and broccoli casserole nor a bread dumpling casserole with pointed cabbage or the vegetarian lasagne would be a hit in the oven!
For the vegetarian spinach and feta lasagna you need these ingredients:

Béchamel:
50g butter
50g flour
500 ml milk
1 tsp salt
1 pinch of pepper
1 pinch of nutmeg

500 g frozen spinach
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 pinch of pepper
200g feta
12 lasagna sheets
100 g grated cheese
Preparing vegetarian lasagna with spinach and feta is easy:
For the béchamel sauce:
Melt the butter in a saucepan.
Add flour and sauté.
Gradually stir in the milk until a creamy sauce forms.
Let simmer for five minutes.
Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
For the spinach lasagne:
Peel the onion and garlic, chop finely and sauté in olive oil.
Add spinach and let thaw.
Season with salt and pepper.
Preheat oven to 170 °C fan oven.
Spread the baking dish with some béchamel sauce.
Place lasagne sheets on top.
Layer with spinach, crumbled feta and béchamel sauce.
Repeat the process until all ingredients are used up.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake the spinach lasagna for about 40 minutes, until the pasta is cooked through and the cheese is golden brown.
A colorful salad tastes good with it.
