"This is a very spacious apartment, with a living room that you don't see in every apartment, huge and bright. Everything in it was recently replaced, and electrical appliances will remain in the kitchen. The sellers intended to continue living in it themselves, so they renovated it to the highest level possible, but with the outbreak of the war, circumstances changed and now they want to move closer to the children. The advantage of this apartment is really the two levels, which make it possible to use the plot as a home office or as an income-generating property, which can bring in about NIS 2,500 a month."

About the surroundings:
Ein Ganim is a neighborhood that began its journey as the first working class settlement founded in Israel, back in 1908, but since then it has been absorbed by Petah Tikva and changed its face beyond recognition.
Today, there are almost no remains of the historic settlement in the neighborhood, and most apartment buildings from the 80s of the last century, 3-8 stories, a few detached and two residential towers of about 25 stories.
Ein Ganim is considered a good family neighborhood that enjoys the proximity to the city center, which is about a 10-minute walk (or 3-minute drive) and has quite a bit of public transportation, including a light rail a short walk away.
Line 2 of the future metro, to be built, will also have stations near the neighborhood (but not within it).
The neighborhood has a small kindergarten and two elementary schools, along with kindergartens, and is considered to attract a young population.
The neighborhood is secular in principle, but it also has a religious community, synagogues and a Chabad house.
For whom it is suitable:
for those who want to work from home (and actually buy an apartment plus an office) or who want to have an income-producing property in addition to the residential apartment.
