A photo of a questionable meat loaf roll is currently circulating online.
People talk about a crime and a “cause to sue.”
Vienna – True to the motto “different country, different customs”, there are unwritten laws depending on the region that everyone has to adhere to.
While in Great Britain you shouldn't tip the innkeeper, in France it is customary to kiss on the cheek as a greeting.
And in Austria?
The size of the Leberkas on the Leberkassemmel should be correct.
If this is not followed, a photo of it will end up on the internet.
Crime at Leberkas: Disappointed customer publishes photo of Leberkäse roll
A disappointed customer in Vienna also made his meatloaf roll public on the Reddit platform.
The photo was appropriately published under the subreddit “Lebercas Crimes”.
This one says in the description: “Leberkas is Lebenskas.
That's why it should be forbidden by law to commit crimes against this valuable food.” But that's exactly what happened to the author of the post.
In his photos you can see a dry roll with a wafer-thin slice of meat loaf and a cut pickle on top.
If the customer hadn't confirmed that it was actually a meatloaf roll, we wouldn't have figured it out on our own.
A Reddit user confirmed this in the comments: “If you hadn’t written Lebekäs, I would have thought roast pork.”

The traumatic experience cost the author of the post four euros.
He also stated that he had bought the Leberkäse roll from “Leberkaspepi” at Vienna Central Station.
This apparently refers to the popular snack restaurant in Austria, which has made a name for itself in terms of quality and customer satisfaction over the past few years.
Leberkas-Pepi initially went unanswered to an editorial query.
Reddit users are therefore astonished by the sad meatloaf roll.
“What the hell happened?” one asked.
“I actually only know good liver casserole rolls from Peppi.” Another person said that something must have gone wrong because he could get a decent roll there for four euros.
Whether this is really a roll from Leberkas-Pepi remains to be seen.
Nevertheless, the photo of the meatloaf roll causes horror.
One Redditor dramatically declared that the world was going to hell.
You can read comments like “really now”, “cheeky”, “straight to jail” and “reason to sue”.
“May contain traces of Leberkas,” wrote one, visibly amused.
Furthermore, a Reddit user said: “You can’t be such a bad person that you deserve this!”
