Yehuda Levy recently purchased an apartment in the new "Ashira" project of the Avisror company in north Tel Aviv, in the Sde Dov complex, for NIS 8 million.
It is a mini-penthouse on the seventh floor with an area of 100 square meters, which includes three and a half rooms, as well as a balcony with an area of 34 square meters, on the upper floors of the building that the company will build in the complex.
The transaction reflects a price of approximately NIS 68,400 per square meter, including the balcony.
We will remind you that the Avisror company recently announced that it had chosen the actor and TV host, Yehuda Levy, to lead the project in question, "Ashira" as a presenter. The campaign will include television advertising, sponsorships, billboards, Digital campaign and social networks, with the entire campaign budget expected to be around NIS 4 million.

The "Ashira" project will be built on one of the plots in the Sde Dov complex, on an area of 7.3 dunams, 406 housing units in a 34-story residential tower and textured construction of 7-, 8-, and 15-story boutique buildings, including commercial areas.
The project includes 2-room apartments up to luxury mini-penthouse and penthouse apartments, such as the one purchased by Levy, at prices starting at NIS 3.9 million for 2-room apartments, which will be about 25% of all apartments.
The Avisror Moshe and Sons company was among the winners of the first tender for the construction of the Sde Dov district in Tel Aviv, which took place in August 2021 on the lot, as mentioned in an area of 7.3 dunams.
The project also includes a private indoor swimming pool, a private spa complex, a gym complex, lounges and work rooms, a cinema room, a 24/7 guard post and other common spaces for the use of the tenants that will be managed by a dedicated and unique application.
The project is planned and designed by the architect Avner Isr and the design of the public spaces in the project by the architect Dana Oberzon.
