You need these ingredients for a carrot quiche:

  • Marinated carrots:

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1 tsp salt

  • Preheat the oven to 200 °C top/bottom heat.

  • For the marinated carrots:

    In a small bowl, mix a marinade made from olive oil, honey, salt, pepper and thyme.

    Brush the carrots on all sides on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

  • Put in the oven for 20 minutes.

    Then reduce the temperature of the oven to 180 °C top/bottom heat.
