You need these ingredients for a carrot quiche:
Marinated carrots:
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp salt
0.5 tsp pepper
1 teaspoon thyme, dried
300 g carrots, peeled and halved lengthways
Molding:
4 eggs
250 ml cream
1 tsp salt
0.5 tsp pepper
Aside from that:
1 pack (300 g each) of quiche and tart dough on the cooling shelf
100 g basil pesto
Feta, crumbled

Preparing the quiche is so easy:
Preheat the oven to 200 °C top/bottom heat.
For the marinated carrots:
In a small bowl, mix a marinade made from olive oil, honey, salt, pepper and thyme.
Brush the carrots on all sides on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Put in the oven for 20 minutes.
Then reduce the temperature of the oven to 180 °C top/bottom heat.
For the icing:
Meanwhile, whisk together the eggs, cream, salt and pepper.
Lay out the quiche dough in a quiche pan.
Prick several times with a fork.
Add the icing and distribute the carrots and basil pesto evenly throughout.
Bake in a hot oven for 35 minutes.
Divide the quiche into even pieces and garnish with feta and cress to taste.
