Everything that is good, healthy and delicious is rolled in a tortilla/sugat, Liran Maimon.

Some concepts - roll meaning rolled, or rap meaning wrapped.
This is what is meant when they say rap/roll tortilla.
Heat the tortilla on a hot pan without oil until you see a few bubbles, place plenty of health on it in the form of quinoa and spinach leaves, hard-boiled egg and pomegranate seeds (or dried cranberries), and plenty of spices, roll, tighten and give a healthy and flavorful bite.
A healthy and flavorful bite.
