President Vladimir Putin did not speak of negotiations held for a possible release of Alexei Navalny, but only of an "idea" that had been proposed to him and to which he "potentially agreed".
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said this, quoted by Interfax, referring to the words uttered by Putin last night.
Yulia Navalnaya, the widow of the opponent Alexei Navalny who defined the elections in Russia as illegitimate, belongs to the group of opponents who live abroad and who "are losing their roots, connections" with the country, and therefore losing the ability to understand it and " they stop feeling the pulse of the country" said Peskov, quoted by Tass.
