The Michelin guide unveiled its 2024 vintage on Monday, which testifies, according to its boss, to “France’s culinary dynamism on the world stage”.
The famous red guide had taken up residence this year in Tours (Indre-et-Loire), where French and European starred chefs were gathered for a ceremony.

“It is a superb selection which testifies, in quality and quantity, to the culinary dynamism of France on the world stage, and not only for its achievements,” commented the boss of the red guide, Gwendal Poullennec, during a interview before the ceremony.
