The "Serving Leadership" Manifesto illustrates the principles of leadership best suited to this time of crisis and change

The Manifesto is the result of collaborative work, which involved more than 200 managers, entrepreneurs, communicators and representatives of the academy.
With its presentation, the Pensiero Solido Foundation begins a work of training, mobilization and change of mentality within companies, third sector entities, communication and universities.
The "Leadership that serves" is the ability to build a group, to keep it united and cohesive in the face of diversity and adversity and to make it work to achieve a common goal.
It is a collective, collaborative and altruistic process, which does not concern just a few people: being a good leader concerns us all.
It is a task and a responsibility that falls to every person, wherever they find themselves working.
