TF 1 gets the moon.
On Sunday, the front page won the battle for new movie nights thanks to the first broadcast of “Moonfall”, a science fiction film by Roland Emmerich with Halle Berry, Patrick Wilson, John Bradley-West, Donald Sutherland and Michael Peña.
An average of 3.3 million blockbuster fans watched this major American production until 11:25 p.m., according to Médiamétrie.
The market share is 18.8% for the entire public aged 4 and over in front of their television.
It climbs to 28.5% among women under 50 responsible for purchasing (FRDA-50), the preferred target of advertisers.
TF 1 therefore had a very good evening, advertising speaking.
France 2 follows with another new film: “Human Things”.
This feature film by Yvan Attal with his son, Ben Attal, his partner Charlotte Gainsbourg, but also Suzanne Jouannet and Mathieu Kassovitz attracted 2.59 million people, or 14.8% of the public.
A good score for La Deux, which however only attracted 3.7% of the FRDA-50, which means that its cinema evening only attracted a very elderly audience.
Same observation for France 3. The new episode of its British series “Inspector Barnaby” attracted 2.29 million viewers, or 11.8% of the public but only 2% of the FRDA-50.
Unbeatable Clint Eastwood
M 6 is at the foot of the podium with “Capital”, presented by Julien Courbet who dedicated the issue of his magazine to “More money, less stress: the job of your dreams is waiting for you!”

Clint Eastwood once again confirms his extreme popularity in France.
The Hollywood legend allows Arte to largely exceed the million viewer mark with the classic “Joe Kidd” by John Sturges where the great Clint shares the bill with Robert Duvall.
This film was followed by 1.22 million moviegoers, or 6.1% of the public.
The evening is very good for the M 6 group since its two little sisters, W 9 and 6ter follow in front of RMC Story, France 5 and C8 with respectively 888,000 viewers for “Be careful at the start!
